Life-long entrepreneur, Jessie started his real estate career as a mortgage telemarketer at 15 in the mid 80’s. At age 18, he obtained his real estate license and for the following 20 years was a mortgage loan officer focused on working with real estate agents successfully closing thousands of purchase loans.
Early in his mortgage career he understood that to do more loans and have a balanced life, he needed more inbound leads instead of making more outbound calls.
Jessie focused on lead generation via direct marketing to find prospective homebuyers, which he shared with partner real estate agents. At first he used highly targeted database driven direct mail, then fax marketing, and in 1999 started his first website.
After getting on the web, he taught himself how to build websites, computer programming and was a student of SEO and online marketing. For the last 12 years he has focused exclusively on online lead generation, building websites and online tools. He’s always inquisitive and seeking to learn from the brightest and smartest people.
