He is the author of the soon-to-be-released book, The Secrets of Top Selling Agents, a compilation of the greatest minds in real estate, taken from their episodes on the popular webinar by the same name. He has shown more than 30,000 agents in 49 states how to maximize their real estate marketing and sales strategies using the power of technology, social media and proven case studies from some of the leading business schools in the U.S.
Joe has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000. From 2000-2003, he specialized in foreclosure investment and sales at Troy Realty in Chicago, and from 2003 through 2008, Joe was part of an investment team that bought and sold more than $10 million in foreclosure real estate, which became the inspiration for his first book, The Foreclosure Revolution. It won an Axiom Business Book award in 2009.
Joe has a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Indiana University and a Masters of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
