Leslie built the BRIXGroup, a “brand within a brand”, at Baird&Warner Real Estate in Chicago. The highly performing team is a member of the B&W Chairman’s Club for sales achievement and innovation in marketing.
Leslie is the Chief Marketing Officer of BRIX Real Estate, an independent brokerage in Minneapolis – St. Paul that has grown to 20 agents and nearly $80 million in sales in just 18 months.
As 2015-2016 Director of the Swanepoel T3 Fellows program, Leslie helped develop, market and conduct a year-long education and management development program for independent brokers and branded teams with sales volume from $30 to $200 million.
Leslie has twice been recognized by Inman News as one of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate. In 2015 Leslie was noted to be one of the 20 Most Influential Social Media Leaders in the Swanepoel Power 200.
Leslie has served on technology advisory boards including the Zillow Agent Advisory Board, the Docusign Executive Advisory Board, and the Realtor.com Agent Match Advisory Board.
Leslie is the co-moderator of the Raise the Bar in Real Estate Facebook group, an online community of nearly 20,000 members dedicated to improving ethics and professionalism in real estate.
Before turning to real estate Leslie worked in management consulting and technology marketing for ten years. As Director of Marketing for the Foundation software division of Andersen Consulting (Now Accenture) she developed product strategy and launched products in over 30 countries.
